Citra Shot is a multi purpose liquid solvent detergent for the quick removal of greasy deposits and all carbonized grease from such surfaces as ovens, grills, stove hoods, broilers, grease vents, deep fat fryers, etc.

Directions:

  1. Dilution varies according to soil conditions.
    Routine Cleaning:
    2oz. per gallon of water.
    Heavy Soils:
    4 oz. per gallon of water.
  2. Spray Citra Shot on surface to be cleaned.
  3. Allow Citra Shot to penetrate grease for 1 to 5 minutes depending on thickness of deposit.
  4. Wipe off dissolved and loosened grease with damp cloth.
  5. Rinse with clear water.
